Responsibilities
- Build highly available, secure, distributed systems in a microservice architecture.
- Develop infrastructure solutions to improve development experience across the company.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain systems representing logistics entities.
- Collaborate with engineers to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Work with business partners to translate complex problems into technical solutions.
- Rapidly build and launch products, shipping to production multiple times a day.
- Ensure high-quality standards by monitoring metrics and applying learnings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of design and architecture knowledge.
- Familiarity with object-oriented analysis and design patterns.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as TypeScript, Ruby, C, C++, Java, or Kotlin.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building large scale, high-performance systems.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and full software development life cycle.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like CDKTF or Terraform.
- Basic understanding of AWS services and cloud deployment.
- Aptitude for learning quickly.
