Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop Android client code using established engineering practices and design guidelines.
- Partner with software engineers, UX/UI professionals, quality engineers, and product owners or analysts to deliver high-performing customer experiences.
- Participate in team delivery ceremonies and help ensure commitments are completed on time and at high quality.
- Advocate for the mobile platform through internal and external developer communities.
- Mentor junior to mid-level team members.
- Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs with senior engineers and architects.
- Review pull requests and ensure adherence to Kotlin and other language idioms.
- Identify technical obstacles, share best practices, improve processes, and provide SME-level leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience required; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 3 years of experience building Android applications required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Kotlin required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 5+ years building Android applications, 4+ years using Kotlin, 2+ years with Jetpack Compose, 4+ years with open-source frameworks, and experience with interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion.
