Responsibilities
- Support Technical Sales Execution and Deal Progression by partnering with the TAE and Partner SEs.
- Provide Technical Validation and Sizing Expertise for complex solution designs.
- Articulate Everpure’s value through compelling presentations to customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and strong relationships through collaboration.
- Enable partners by delivering ongoing training and resources.
- Act as a Technical Advisor and Helpdesk Resource for partners.
- Drive Tool Adoption and Sales Process Alignment across the sales cycle.
- Strengthen Channel Collaboration with partner SEs and managers.
- Coordinate Technical Resources and Events for workshops and training.
- Support Partner Program Success by tracking performance and initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in enterprise infrastructure and storage technologies.
- Experience in technical sales support within a B2B technology environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with channel partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and empowering partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA/BE) required.
- 4-6+ years of B2B professional experience in systems engineering or technical sales.
- Experience in enterprise storage or related infrastructure technologies.
- Fluency in English required.
- Willingness to work in the ANZ shift from the office.
- Comfortable with a 5-day work week and balanced travel commitment.
