Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce and other information-systems applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand system flows and integrations.
- Validate end-to-end processes and system stability across multiple platforms.
- Identify defects and improvement areas in internal information-systems tools and workflows.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles focused on Information Systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, billing, and finance business systems.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate test automation and streamline QA workflows.
- Experience with API testing.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with automation tools or platforms is advantageous.
