Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and define overall solutions, technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
- Configure SAP eSPP parameters including EOQ/Safety Stock, replenishment, and DRP.
- Support or lead UAT and production rollouts.
- Coordinate requirements, schedules, activities, and application development enablement.
- Create and validate work breakdown structures and effort estimates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and L3 support issues.
- Conduct proofs of concept and validate proposed designs and technologies.
- Provide team feedback, set expectations, and address code and design review issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total experience.
- Experience as a senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP support consultant in L2/L3 environments.
- Experience supporting or implementing SAP SPP/S/4HANA eSPP environments.
- Deep understanding of aftermarket parts planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, and service supply chain dynamics.
- Strong configuration skills in eSPP parameters and preferred ability to debug ABAP code for complex L3 issues.
- Experience with structured support environments using ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
