Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, measure, and maintain frontend and backend services for a new self-service advertising product.
- Use AI coding agents to plan, code, test, review, debug, and operate systems, including coordinating multiple agents in parallel.
- Build AI agents, skills, and automated workflows for code reviews, data analysis, production investigation, and feature validation.
- Develop systems capable of serving thousands of requests per second.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business teams on new growth initiatives.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience in a production environment, including as an intern, student employee, or full-time employee.
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with the ability to verify their output.
- Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and domains quickly and manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a product-driven mindset.
- Preferred experience with Java or other object-oriented languages such as C#, Kotlin, or C++.
- Preferred experience building AI agents, MCP servers, custom skills, or automated workflows.
- Preferred full-stack experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Preferred experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed systems, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, BigQuery, or Airflow.
