Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for integration and end-to-end testing across Silexx, LiveVol, and DataShop.
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of full-stack applications using ReactJS and C#/.NET.
- Build and maintain automated integration, contract, and end-to-end test suites across front-end, API, backend, and desktop layers.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines as release gates and establish cross-product quality standards.
- Use Claude and other AI coding assistants for test generation, code review, refactoring, and agentic automation.
- Implement secure communications, authentication, and authorization using RESTful and streaming protocols, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0.
- Drive technical decisions, provide architectural direction, mentor engineers, and resolve complex cross-product technical problems.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of hands-on professional full-stack development experience.
- Expertise in ReactJS, React Hooks, MobX or Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#/.NET, and ASP.NET.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, WebSockets, real-time streaming, MessagePack, Protobuf, compression, microservices, and WPF.
- Demonstrated experience designing integration, contract, and end-to-end test strategies for complex multi-component systems.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress, xUnit or NUnit, API and contract testing tools, and CI/CD release gates.
- Strong object-oriented programming, design patterns, computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
- Hands-on professional use of AI coding assistants such as Claude and familiarity with responsible AI-augmented development practices.
- Expertise with OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, security code scanning, and vulnerability remediation.
- Proficiency with MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across teams.
- Preferred experience includes financial systems, real-time trading, order routing, market data distribution, Electron, Tauri, OpenFin, native desktop APIs, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, GCP, PowerShell, Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, and Wireshark.
