Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Layer 2/Layer 3, IP fabric, and EVPN/VXLAN networking solutions.
- Validate 5G and data center architectures through integration, scalability, performance, interoperability, and system-level testing.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and Golang.
- Perform manual, exploratory, regression, functional, and performance testing.
- Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues using logs, packet captures, and system behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to support high-quality releases and continuous testing.
Requirements
- 13–20 years of experience is required.
- Strong Python programming skills are required, with Golang experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of data center networking, including Leaf-Spine, IP Fabric, and Clos architectures.
- Knowledge of BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience validating 5G Core, RAN, or transport network technologies.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, Linux systems, and scripting.
- Proficiency with Wireshark and tcpdump for packet analysis.
- Ability to debug distributed systems and network issues.
