Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications using programming languages, script tools, and application development procedures.
- Analyze code and systems to identify improvements, vulnerabilities, security issues, and operational problems.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Install and support customer-facing systems and resolve application issues.
- Conduct testing and debugging of software applications.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
- Assess risk, maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies, and escalate and report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spark, Python, PySpark, design patterns, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL.
- Understanding of web application development, microservices, Agentic AI, RAG, HDFS, Hive, Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
- Experience with system analysis and software application programming.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication.
