Base Salary
$133k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build smooth, stable, and engaging Android products and user experiences.
- Develop features from design through implementation and launch.
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs and collaborate with design on UI and infrastructure practices.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Use AI tools and high-velocity engineering workflows to ship scalable, secure, correct, production-ready code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent years of practical work experience.
- 2+ years of post-bachelor's software development experience, or a master's degree plus 1+ year of post-graduate software development experience, or a PhD in a relevant technical field.
- Experience with Android application development.
- Knowledge of Kotlin, Java, RxJava, and Dagger.
- Ability to use sound judgment when auditing AI-generated code for architecture, performance, and security.
- Preferred: experience with large-scale customer-facing mobile applications.
