Base Salary
$132k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Convert AI prototypes into production-grade applications, microservices, and pipelines for deployment on the AI Factory.
- Build and deploy cloud-based services on AWS and Azure.
- Integrate LLMs, analytics, perception models, and RAG pipelines into enterprise applications.
- Implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to refine prototypes for enterprise use.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and agile development activities.
- Develop reusable components and patterns for the AI Factory platform.
Requirements
- A STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern backend frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG workflows, and AI frameworks including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into software applications.
- Preferred: knowledge of MLOps practices, including model registries, monitoring, and pipelines.
- Preferred: experience deploying applications on AWS and/or Azure.
- Preferred: knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, SQL databases, and distributed systems.
- Preferred: experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: experience delivering solutions in regulated or security-conscious environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, adaptability, innovation, and initiative skills, with the ability to define technical direction and work independently.
