Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architecture solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide RFP solutioning, architectural designs, recommendations, target-state roadmaps, integration approaches, and detailed design documentation.
- Lead solution validation, root-cause analysis, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and conformance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Enable delivery teams with reusable frameworks, automation recommendations, support metrics, and technical mitigation guidance.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, project, delivery, product, and client teams to reconcile requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Present solution designs to clients, support presales activities, manage client coordination, and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and thought-leadership materials.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture-practice activities such as interviews.
- Hire, onboard, train, manage performance, support engagement, and develop the careers of team members.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience is required.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM – Global HR is mandatory.
- Ability to design enterprise architecture and lead custom solution development and implementation.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations, tradeoffs, risks, and roadmaps to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with sales, consulting, project, delivery, and client teams.
- Ability to manage projects, teams, resources, performance, and stakeholder relationships.
- Relevant training and certifications are expected.
