Responsibilities
- Act as a POD lead and Solution Architect for HighRadius projects.
- Lead requirements gathering, design sessions, and as-is/to-be process design with customer stakeholders.
- Own business process design and solutions for assigned projects.
- Conduct demonstrations and document future-state processes and to-be solutions.
- Identify solution gaps and develop gap-closure options.
- Present processes, solution options, recommendations, implications, and risks to customers.
- Interact with executives and stakeholders to obtain agreement and customer buy-in.
- Maintain relationships with product teams, engineering teams, and client subject-matter experts.
- Use established frameworks for requirements gathering, design documentation, and sign-off.
Requirements
- High experience in finance and accounting, including mandatory order-to-cash or accounts receivable experience.
- Knowledge of the HighRadius tool.
- Relevant experience as a Solution Architect, Business Architect, AR Analyst, AR Manager, or equivalent role with management and leadership experience.
- Experience in a consulting or professional-services environment is preferred.
- Customer interaction, executive communication, and client relationship skills.
- Exposure to integration mechanisms and good knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP or SaaS solutions such as Oracle or SAP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- Relevant certifications listed include Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, ISTQB Certified Tester, Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, and Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I.
