Responsibilities
- Act as the Solution Architect for Kinaxis implementation projects.
- Engage client stakeholders, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design and document solutions.
- Guide configuration teams in implementing Kinaxis solutions.
- Drive conversations with client business stakeholders and collaborate with development, product, business-line, and technology teams.
- Define technology future states and roadmaps while balancing business efficiency, performance, security, compliance, and architectural standards.
- Design and configure Kinaxis Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules and integrations with SAP, Oracle, and legacy systems.
- Lead teams and drive solution progress through strong collaboration and problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the technical qualifications specify 10–15 years implementing Kinaxis or similar supply chain management software in client environments.
- Experience serving as a Solution Architect on at least two Kinaxis implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response applications, including Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, Demand Planning, and Order Fulfillment.
- Strong solution design, software configuration, and data-model skills.
- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, and legacy systems.
- Rapid Response Author Level 2 certification is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required, with BTech, BE, or MCA listed.
- Supply chain certifications such as CSCP and Rapid Response Solution Consultant or Solution Architect certification are preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical problem-solving, team leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
