Responsibilities
- Build production AI agents and services.
- Develop reusable AI components, workflows, and reference implementations.
- Prototype and productionize AI use cases while supporting development teams with AI implementations.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
- Implement prompt management, versioning, and evaluation tooling.
- Establish AI observability, monitoring, reliability, and cost-tracking practices.
- Co-own AI workflow environments such as n8n with DevOps.
- Partner with the AI Platform Architect and contribute to AI standards and pattern development.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Production AI implementation experience.
- Experience integrating large language models and building agents or AI workflows.
- Prompt engineering expertise.
- Experience with vector databases and API orchestration.
- Strong systems thinking.
