Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product’s front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with product leaders, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship features.
- Build features that are scalable, performant, secure, and user-friendly.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Full-stack engineering background with strong React and TypeScript experience.
- Ability to work across the technology stack as the team evolves.
- Ability to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results.
- Experience leading teams or projects and helping others improve their skills.
- Ability to work from Neon’s office in New York City.
