Base Salary
$153k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript and scalable backend services using Go and Python.
- Own technical delivery of international onboarding, identity verification, multi-currency funding, and region-specific trading capabilities.
- Build localized promotion engines, user acquisition pipelines, and other growth mechanisms for international markets.
- Architect reusable internationalization and localization frameworks and services for expansion into new jurisdictions.
- Design systems for high availability, low latency, fault tolerance, observability, automated testing, and production on-call support.
- Collaborate with product management, product design, compliance, legal, and platform teams to translate jurisdictional requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production systems across the full stack.
- Proficiency with modern frontend technologies including React and TypeScript, with attention to performance, accessibility, and state management.
- Experience building scalable distributed services in Go or Python with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
- Experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka.
- Proven ownership of complex features from technical design and phased rollout through production validation and maintenance.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, service-oriented architectures, and microservice integration patterns.
- Strong communication skills for explaining trade-offs, building technical consensus, and aligning with non-technical stakeholders.
