Responsibilities
- Build AI-driven deployment gates that evaluate customer deployments using CI/CD context.
- Define precision, recall, and trust metrics for evaluation and rollout.
- Implement conservative defaults and guardrails for robust system behavior.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align technical decisions with customer needs.
- Integrate with internal AI teams to enhance deployment safety.
- Own and operate production systems critical to customer deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with backend systems and microservices performance.
- Proficiency in a modern programming language and strong API/service design skills.
- Experience delivering LLM/agent features to production.
- Ability to own user journeys and measure impact with product metrics.
- Understanding of the end-to-end LLM product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with offline/online evaluations for AI systems.
