Base Salary
$87k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements, design, development, testing, integration, and documentation of embedded software.
- Develop application, middleware, operating system, and supporting-tool software for new and existing systems.
- Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions and participate in internal software reviews.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for embedded targets and simulated environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Work collaboratively in a SAFe agile environment on complex real-time software systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level STEM education and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and at least 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, systems software design, operating systems, architectures, and software development processes.
- Experience with C++, Python, and object-oriented software design.
- Hands-on experience developing automated unit, integration, or system-level tests for embedded or software systems.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance before the start date.
- Preferred experience includes team-based Agile/Scrum development, DevSecOps, test automation, Docker, Kubernetes, Conan, large complex software systems, legacy-code refactoring, and real-time multithreaded applications.
