Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate AI strategy into scalable Model Engineering roadmaps aligned with client goals and business priorities.
- Lead AI engineers and data scientists delivering production-grade machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
- Guide clients on MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, ModelOps architectures, tools, platforms, and monitoring approaches.
- Design, build, evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning models, generative AI systems, agentic workflows, frameworks, and pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, cloud engineers, MLOps, LLMOps, platform engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Lead large-scale client engagements, foster client relationships, drive consensus, and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
- Track AI technology trends, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI practices while advising clients.
- Travel as needed to meet client obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, economics, technology entrepreneurship, computer science, informatics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8–10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles.
- 3–5+ years of directly managing technical or consulting teams.
- Experience deploying and managing foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks, including OpenAI, open-source LLMs, Dall-e, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and RAG.
- Experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, ONNX, or related machine learning libraries.
- Strong Python skills and experience with SQL, Pandas, and Spark.
- Experience designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning workflows on at least one major cloud platform.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, ModelOps, containerization, model scaling, CI/CD, and test-driven development.
- Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira to develop and deploy analytical solutions.
- Understanding of machine learning workflows, data structures, data modeling, software engineering practices, AI evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Leadership, project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-stakeholder skills.
- Preferred qualifications include transformation-project leadership, AI ethics and data-protection knowledge, Agile or Scrum experience, design-led thinking, Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, or Snowflake certifications, a master's degree, additional programming languages, and generative AI model fine-tuning experience.
