Base Salary

$113k - $139k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain reusable workflows, automations, orchestration patterns, and AI-enabled or knowledge-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain operational scripts, actions, and API-based interactions while following security, code review, certificate, and access controls.
  • Support platform administration, including access models, role-based permissions, configuration standards, integrations, data feeds, and operational controls.
  • Contribute to deployment, configuration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of platform components.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions for platform health, service performance, operational trends, user adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Translate technical activity and reporting into actionable insights, training materials, and interpretive support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 0–4 years of experience in enterprise IT, end-user services, digital workplace capabilities, platform administration, automation, analytics, or platform-based service delivery, including internships, co-ops, or relevant academic and project work.
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms, configuration, access management, integrations, operational controls, lifecycle management, agents, connectors, background jobs, or supporting services.
  • Foundational experience with scripts, API integrations, workflows, or service interactions using PowerShell, Python, HTTP-based calls, or similar methods.
  • Familiarity with enterprise identity, access, governance, role-based access, operational controls, documentation, and secure administration practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital workplace platforms, enterprise service management tools, automation platforms, operational analytics, dashboards, metrics, or data feeds is preferred.
  • Interest in automation, self-service, workflow improvement, AI-enabled solutions, knowledge-driven solutions, or orchestration-based solutions is preferred.
