Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues and users to understand problems, identify AI opportunities, and turn ideas into concrete solutions.
- Prototype and build AI-powered applications, agents, automations, and workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the development process and improve solutions through early testing and user feedback.
- Help bring solutions into everyday use, measure their impact, and share successful patterns and learnings across Cambio.
- Develop technical skills and increasing independence through hands-on projects with experienced AI engineers and Product Engineers.
Requirements
- Experience building software, applications, automations, or digital solutions through work, studies, side projects, or personal initiatives.
- Experience using AI tools and building applications, automations, or digital solutions with AI.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Experience with APIs, scripting, low-code/no-code platforms, or modern development tools.
- Ability to take an idea from concept to something real people can use.
- Clear and confident communication in both Swedish and English.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is considered a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, regulated industries, AI agents, assistants, workflow automations, customer-facing roles, or delivering applications and digital products is considered a plus.
