Base Salary
$59k - $99k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and review portions of specifications for simple software components.
- Implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Agile, Waterfall, and other development environments.
- Complete bug fixes and resolve basic technical issues.
- Contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and operational support of software components and production environments.
- Keep up with new technology developments and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Basic knowledge of data manipulation languages and data storage subsystems.
- Experience building REST APIs and solid experience with SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Knowledge of test-driven development.
- Ability and desire to learn new processes and technologies.
- Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600, with geographic differentials potentially applying.
- Eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
