Base Salary
$55k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance workflow services, workers, APIs, connectors, and reusable platform components.
- Implement user stories using established architecture, coding standards, and delivery practices.
- Configure BPMN processes, forms, business rules, human tasks, case management, and integration points.
- Build and test integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, messaging systems, and cloud services.
- Support workflow deployment, versioning, monitoring, debugging, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
- Write maintainable code and unit tests and participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge sharing.
- Support CI/CD, operational support, security, quality, compliance, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of software development, integration, application configuration, or automation experience.
- Experience, academic exposure, certification, internship, or project work with at least one programming language, workflow platform, BPM technology, orchestration engine, or low-code platform.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Git, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience with or exposure to Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or a comparable programming language.
- Preferred exposure to BPMN 2.0, human task management, approval workflows, case management, business rules, workflow monitoring, event-driven processing, or messaging.
- Preferred exposure to cloud-native platforms, infrastructure tools, CI/CD tools, databases, AI services, intelligent document processing, OCR, or automation platforms.
- Ability to learn new technologies, work in an Agile team, and respond constructively to technical feedback.
