Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance workflow services, workers, APIs, connectors, and reusable platform components.
- Implement assigned user stories using established architecture, coding standards, and delivery practices.
- Configure BPMN processes, forms, business rules, human tasks, case-management workflows, and integration points.
- Build and test integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, messaging systems, and cloud services.
- Support workflow deployment, versioning, monitoring, debugging, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to intelligent automation solutions involving AI services, document processing, and automation platforms.
- Write maintainable code and unit tests, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and support CI/CD activities.
- Follow enterprise standards for security, quality, compliance, and operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of software development, integration, application configuration, or automation experience.
- Experience, academic exposure, certification, internship, or project work with at least one workflow, BPM, orchestration, or low-code platform.
- Experience with at least one programming language or workflow/low-code platform, preferably Java with Spring or Spring Boot exposure, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Git, software development lifecycle practices, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Exposure to at least one messaging or event-streaming technology, cloud-native platform, infrastructure toolchain, and database technology.
- Preferred knowledge of BPMN 2.0, human-task management, approval workflows, case management, business rules, workflow monitoring, and event-driven processing.
- Preferred exposure to Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Model Context Protocol, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, intelligent document processing, or OCR.
- Ability to learn new technologies, work effectively in an Agile team, respond constructively to feedback, and develop reusable APIs, workflow components, or connectors.

- Base salary ranges from $55,400 to $113,000 for most US office locations, with higher ranges for specified metropolitan and California offices.
