Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Research and analyze customer requests and industry standards to define software requirements.
- Coordinate with developers to maintain focused development goals and document software functions.
- Develop public-facing samples and usage patterns of new functions.
- Define and complete robust test workflows, including creating and maintaining test harnesses.
- Synthesize software functionality into effective product documentation.
- Assess product quality and release readiness.
- Communicate goals and progress to collaborating teams and field product-related questions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS or other geospatial technology.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams or independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for software quality and defining new spatial technology.
- Programming experience with languages such as C#, Java, and JavaScript.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field.
