Base Salary
$158k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting Collate’s products from prototype through production scale.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and automation to improve developer velocity and reduce operational friction.
- Manage monitoring, logging, system reliability, and incident response.
- Handle light security responsibilities including certificate management, secrets management, and compliance support.
- Collaborate with backend, AI, and product engineers to build infrastructure that balances speed, safety, and scale.
- Improve internal tooling and workflows using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD, Grafana, and GitHub Actions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP and modern DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident management.
- Interest or experience in certificates, secrets management, or compliance support.
- Ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term reliability.
- Motivation to work in an early-stage startup and shape its infrastructure foundation.
