Responsibilities
- Build researcher productivity tools including experiment tracking and literature research automation.
- Develop GTM and business operations automation including CRM systems and proposal generation.
- Create analytics and measurement infrastructure for research progress and operational metrics.
- Automate operational processes for recruiting, marketing, and cross-functional workflows.
- Build internal APIs and integrations connecting various systems to create seamless workflows.
- Implement AI/LLM-powered tools for intelligent automation.
- Translate research ideas into robust, scalable high-quality code.
Requirements
- Possess excellent programming and software engineering skills, especially in Julia, Python, and C++.
- Be comfortable digesting research from PL and/or ML venues.
- Have experience with LLM-powered automation and intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Demonstrated significant technical achievements within ML engineering.
- Understand research and operational workflows to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Skilled at user-centric design for internal tools, seeking user feedback and measuring success.
- Excited about creating tools that enable high-leverage impact.
