Responsibilities
- Own technical products and projects with AI at their core.
- Design and deliver systems and machine learning models that solve commercially impactful real-world problems.
- Translate business problems and commercial opportunities into technical solutions beyond stated requirements.
- Challenge existing systems and processes through technical excellence and innovation.
- Build, test, iterate, and deploy secure production solutions in client environments.
- Stay current with advances in AI and technology trends.
- Collaborate closely with consulting teams, clients, business functions, and end users.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack programming and system design skills.
- Recent hands-on experience with Python and ideally another backend language such as C#, .NET, Java, Rust, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with at least one frontend technology such as React, TypeScript/JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.
- Experience with AI or machine learning systems, including LLMs, prompt design, agentic workflows, evaluation harnesses, and retrieval pipelines.
- Understanding of APIs and integrations, SQL, version control, CI/CD, and security and access considerations in client environments.
- Data engineering experience is preferred, including reliable data pipelines, databases, data warehouses, and large-scale data integration.
- Ability to own a project from start to finish in an ambiguous setting.
- Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues, and non-technical business users.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, problem-solving ability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
