Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of production AI agents for Sierra’s customers.
- Ship features and learn from real-world AI agent use cases at scale.
- Solve technical problems and find creative ways to overcome obstacles in fast-changing environments.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience includes building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Preferred familiarity includes evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is preferred.
- The program is open to students graduating December 2027 through June 2028.
