Base Salary

$180k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Architect and ship full-stack features end-to-end, from scoping and technical design through production.
Build and integrate with Palantir Foundry ontologies and pipelines, AIP agents, and Maven Smart System workflows.
Develop AI-powered product surfaces such as intelligent intake flows, constituent assistants, automated case routing, and agency dashboards.
Build within classification and data-handling constraints.
Set technical direction, improve code quality, and establish reusable engineering patterns.
Engage with federal agency stakeholders to translate complex requirements into shippable products.
Own platform reliability and performance at government scale.
Mentor earlier-career engineers through code review, pairing, and technical feedback.

Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
At least 3 years of professional engineering experience with ownership of complex features and systems.
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP, or Maven Smart System, including ontology modeling, pipelines, or AIP agents.
Deep fluency in React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.
Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude.
Evidence of building and owning a real product, open-source project, or designed system.
Ability to define problems and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Strong orientation toward end users.
Preferred qualifications include classified or accredited-environment experience, Forward Deployed Engineer experience, government or regulated-industry experience, cloud deployment depth, design-system experience, and early-stage technical leadership.
