Kaizen is seeking a senior cleared full-stack software engineer to architect and ship AI-native government software using the Palantir stack. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on product development, stakeholder engagement, and ownership of platform reliability in a hybrid NYC or DC environment.

Own Kaizen’s hands-on security engineering and federal compliance readiness as its first dedicated security engineer. You’ll secure AWS and Terraform infrastructure, build continuous compliance and software supply-chain practices, and translate FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD, and NIST controls into production engineering.
