Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and ship full-stack features end-to-end.
- Lead the development of AI-powered product surfaces.
- Set technical direction and raise the bar on code quality.
- Engage directly with federal agency stakeholders.
- Own platform reliability and performance at government scale.
- Mentor earlier-career engineers through code review and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Deep fluency in React / Next.js and Node.js / TypeScript / Postgres.
- Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor and Copilot.
- A proven track record of building real products or systems.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and define problems.
- A genuine orientation toward the end user.
