Base Salary
$219k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand for prioritized customers.
- Lead post-technical win strategies for Databricks use cases in strategic accounts.
- Serve as the technical lead for specific use cases across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Address technical issues related to production and go-live status for customer use cases.
- Leverage internal resources to build tasks beyond your expertise.
- Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
- Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing technical roles and activities.
- Provide KPI reporting on customer health and usage status.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery within Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
- Experience in technical program or project management.
- Proven track record of resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
- Experience in conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
