Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain production AI models, services, APIs, pipelines, and reusable engineering infrastructure.
- Lead enterprise AI applications from concept through production for commercial use cases including lead and opportunity triage, account insights, next-best-offer, and competitor intelligence.
- Build generative AI and intelligent-agent solutions using large language models and retrieval-augmented generation, including output evaluation and monitoring.
- Integrate AI solutions with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, pricing, quoting, and other commercial systems.
- Build pipelines combining internal commercial data with earnings calls, financial filings, market data, and news data.
- Productionize scoring, propensity, forecasting, and other data science models as reliable services.
- Define accuracy, source-grounding, adoption, and business-impact metrics and release criteria.
- Monitor models for performance degradation, bias, drift, and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Apply security and access controls for customer, pricing, and financial data.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards, architecture decisions, and best practices.
Requirements
- A university bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience delivering production applications, including at least 2 years building AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, system integration, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, intelligent agents, copilots, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluating and monitoring output quality.
- Experience with software testing, CI/CD, deployment automation, and production support practices.
- Experience integrating solutions with enterprise platforms, business applications, and data ecosystems; Salesforce or other CRM experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, or commercial finance stakeholders and understanding concepts such as pipeline, bookings, pricing, and margin.
- Strong communication, organization, planning, time management, collaboration, ethical judgment, and ability to manage competing tasks.
- Azure, Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Databricks experience is preferred.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
