Base Salary
$65k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of software systems across multiple platforms and environments.
- Provide technical and customer support while troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining mission-critical applications.
- Use low-code/no-code tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance system capabilities.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain software systems and components across user environments.
- Manage user accounts and permissions with attention to security, efficiency, and user experience.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Log, track, and resolve customer support tickets in a timely and transparent manner.
- Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with experience accepted in software development, technical support, or system administration in production or enterprise environments.
- Full-stack development experience with at least one backend language and one frontend framework or library.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with software configuration, deployment, or maintenance in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with issue tracking systems and support workflows, plus working knowledge of Git or SVN.
- Understanding of system security principles, including access control, identity management, and secure software configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, diagnostic, written, verbal, and customer communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile or cross-functional teams and learn new tools quickly.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or equivalent experience, deeper React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring expertise, complex SQL experience, DevOps or infrastructure automation exposure, and enterprise customer-facing technical experience.
