Base Salary
$86k - $138k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure intranet and restricted web applications.
- Build applications and components using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Razor Pages, and Blazor.
- Develop front-end interfaces with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and component-based design patterns.
- Integrate backend data services and REST APIs.
- Use Entity Framework Core and manage SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Troubleshoot full-stack issues across user interfaces, APIs, databases, and hosting environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot applications in IIS and Windows Server environments.
- Remediate SAST and DAST findings and apply secure coding practices.
- Support OIDC/OAuth authentication, including Login.gov integration.
- Write unit and integration tests and support automated build and test workflows.
- Participate in Git-based development, code reviews, architecture discussions, documentation, and SAFe Agile collaboration.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools responsibly by reviewing, validating, testing, and understanding generated code.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA or 12 years of experience with a high school diploma.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining web applications with C# and .NET 8+/ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript, component-based application design, state management, and API integration.
- Experience with SQL Server or relational databases, including queries, stored procedures, tables, columns, and other database objects.
- Experience designing and maintaining applications within established architectures and shared development patterns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes across UI, application/API, database, and hosting layers.
- Experience with Git workflows, branching, merge or pull requests, conflict resolution, peer review, and automated build or test processes.
- Ability to independently manage development work from requirements through implementation, testing, review, remediation, and completion.
- Experience developing secure web applications and applying secure coding practices.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred experience includes React, TypeScript, Razor Pages, Razor Components, Blazor, Entity Framework Core, IIS, Windows Server, SAST/DAST remediation, authentication and authorization technologies, Section 508 accessibility, and DoD/DHA cybersecurity processes.
- Preferred qualifications include CompTIA Security+ certification or willingness to obtain it, and current or prior DoD/DHA Common Access Card or environment experience.

- The posting lists a target base salary range of $86,000-$138,000, with possible overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus eligibility.
