Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into technical designs, tasks, specifications, and software components.
- Design and develop functional user interfaces and application features using clean, maintainable, reliable, and scalable code.
- Integrate applications with external systems and analyze and resolve moderate to complex development and support issues.
- Collaborate and communicate with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives, including participating in estimates, whiteboarding, and impact analysis.
- Document development results and contribute to improving development processes, tools, and quality practices.
- Support firm initiatives including recruiting events, internal activities, training programs, and continued technical development.
- Follow workplace, independence, and other applicable firm policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of C#, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML required.
- Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular required.
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, designing software components and user interfaces, and integrating external systems.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies and proficiency with application development tools and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Strong written and oral communication, collaboration, and client-interaction skills.
- Ability to learn client information quickly and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.
- Willingness to work in person as needed, travel 20–30% or more, and identify engagement follow-on opportunities.
Benefits
- Base salary is $67,000 to $136,800 in U.S. geographic locations, or $80,300 to $155,300 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.

- The role follows EY's team-led, leader-enabled hybrid model, with most external client-serving employees expected to work together in person 40–60% of the time during an engagement, project, or year.
