Base Salary
$129k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents and automations to solve recruiting problems.
- Own the AI and automation roadmap, including prioritization and communication.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Technology team on AI tooling and infrastructure.
- Formulate a clear perspective on AI's value in recruiting.
- Conduct build-vs.-buy assessments for AI solutions.
- Deliver quick, pragmatic solutions for ad hoc requests.
- Partner with the TA Enablement team to enhance AI literacy.
- Ensure compliance and governance for AI systems.
- Define success metrics for AI systems and retire ineffective ones.
- Establish engineering practices for durable AI work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building production software, with 1-2 years in applied AI.
- Curiosity about the recruiting domain and willingness to learn from recruiters.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including APIs and integrations.
- Experience with AI agents or LLM-driven automations for large teams.
- Ability to integrate with SaaS APIs and manage workflows.
- Demonstrated capability to identify and quantify high-leverage opportunities.
- Strong judgment in evaluating build-vs.-buy options.
- Comfort in owning a roadmap and communicating with leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
