Base Salary
$85k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications across frontend, web/mobile, and backend services.
- Participate in planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration.
- Practice paired programming and test-driven development to deliver high-quality code.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery practices.
- Troubleshoot and support software products in user environments.
- Develop complex features and system components while balancing simplicity, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders on technical and business strategy.
- Set technical direction, guide complex system design, and influence engineering direction across products.
Requirements
- Consultant II requires 1+ years of experience; Senior Consultant I and II require 3+ years; Lead requires 5+ years with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Experience with Java/Spring, JavaScript, and React is required.
- Backend development experience with APIs, databases, caching, and messaging systems is required.
- Frontend experience building responsive web or mobile applications is required.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design knowledge are required.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud development, and DevOps practices is expected.
- Lead-level candidates should demonstrate technical leadership, strategic influence, mentoring, and coaching ability.
