Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and reusable responsive frontend components.
- Build backend microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL services, event-driven integrations, and scalable architecture patterns.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable LLM platforms into production applications.
- Develop intelligent assistants, copilots, workflow automation, conversational experiences, semantic search, prompt-engineering workflows, model evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring.
- Develop agent-based workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks and integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and financial platforms.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SSO technologies while meeting security, compliance, privacy, and AI-governance standards.
- Deploy and manage workloads on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud using CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Monitor application performance, AI costs, reliability, and operational metrics, and collaborate with product, architecture, data, security, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience spanning frontend and backend development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
- Experience with Angular, Micro Frontends, Node.js, Nest.js, Java Spring and JPA frameworks, FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, large-scale data processing, event-driven architectures using Kafka or Pulsar, and Spark.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL DBMS, vector databases, ELT/ETL, dbt, Dagster, Airbyte, Snowflake, and cloud data-platform integrations.
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure containerization.
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.
- Experience with AI technologies including Claude Code, GraphRAG, advanced RAG, Model Context Protocol, LangChain, LangGraph, pgvector, Pinecone, DeepEval, Ragas, Arize Phoenix, LangSmith, or Langfuse.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered applications in production and building enterprise-grade solutions supporting critical business processes.
- Preferred experience includes financial services, banking, alternative asset management, FinTech, data pipelines, and data lakehouse designs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a commitment to continuous learning.
