  • Develop harnesses and workflow graphs that move capabilities through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, and end-to-end field testing.
  • Build autonomous systems that run complete tests against real hardware and report results.
  • Improve simulation and replay so features can be developed and validated before hardware deployment.
  • Develop interfaces, timing, and data flows for integrating radar, cameras, and other sensors.
  • Deploy, monitor, and live-fix software running on edge hardware at test and customer sites.
  • Conduct regular field testing, debugging, and software deployments at test sites and during flight operations.

  • Ability to read schematics, understand test racks, and collaborate with optics or RF engineers.
  • Willingness to perform field work and debug and ship fixes on site.
  • Experience with cameras, EO/IR sensors, gimbals, radar, or video pipelines such as GStreamer or DeepStream is preferred.
  • Experience with embedded Linux, edge computing, NVIDIA Jetson, GPU or CUDA work, robotics, autonomous vehicles, drones, aerospace, hardware-in-the-loop testing, or real-hardware test automation is preferred.
  • Experience with simulation or game-engine tools such as Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or Unreal is preferred.
  • Experience building AI agent harnesses or workflow graphs, or with C++ or TypeScript, is preferred.
