Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable machine learning and generative AI systems.
- Develop production pipelines for AI training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Own the technical roadmap and full AI lifecycle for strategic initiatives as AI Technical Owner.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to embed AI capabilities into healthcare systems and operations.
- Explore and implement new AI advancements to improve solution effectiveness.
- Contribute to governance, experimentation, model quality, versioning, observability, and compliance practices in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience building production-grade machine learning and generative AI solutions.
- Strong software engineering background combined with applied AI expertise.
- Interest in working at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and business impact.
- Ownership-oriented, curious, collaborative approach to solving complex challenges.
