Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents for internal and external business workflows.
- Implement agent behaviors, tools, and integrations using the internal agent builder platform.
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and optimize agent performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Build and deploy production-level cloud applications using automated deployment processes and container technologies.
- Help evolve the agent platform and define long-term team strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects and production-level systems.
- Proficiency in Python and Azure AI services.
- Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
- Experience with containerization, cloud-native development, and automated deployment processes.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, software testing, and security best practices for SaaS applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand complex business systems, learn new technologies, and deliver high-impact initiatives.
- BTECH educational qualification.
