Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, and Flow.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver custom Salesforce functionality and integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, including event-driven architecture where applicable.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code aligned with Salesforce standards.
- Review and optimize existing solutions for performance, maintainability, and reusability.
- Support code reviews, technical discussions, deployment activities, and release management.
- Maintain Salesforce object schemas, metadata, data models, and security controls.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to other developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and support reliable, well-governed Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, or configuration.
- Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components, with working knowledge of Aura, Visualforce, and Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, object schemas, and platform best practices.
- Experience with enterprise applications and technical design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Advanced Administrator certifications.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce Commerce Cloud with B2B and LWR, Experience Cloud, enterprise-scale Salesforce integrations, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SLDS, GitHub, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, or Jira.
