Base Salary
$125k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop incident management tooling to enhance the on-call experience.
- Build and maintain automation for the incident lifecycle including alerting and escalation.
- Evaluate and migrate the logging stack for improved performance.
- Participate in the re-evaluation of logging vendors and collection architecture.
- Extend the internal developer portal with Kubernetes integrations and tooling.
- Create alert quality tooling to improve signal and reduce noise for engineers.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure or internal developer tooling.
- Comfort working across the stack, including distributed systems and web-based tooling.
- Familiarity with observability concepts such as logging and alerting.
- Strong debugging instincts for troubleshooting production issues.
- Excellent communication skills to explain tradeoffs and advocate for solutions.
