Responsibilities
- Design systems for policy enforcement and dispute resolution.
- Leverage machine learning for intelligent detection and prevention of abuse.
- Continuously improve algorithms and operational processes using feedback loops.
- Own projects from inception to production and beyond.

Requirements
- 3+ years of generalist software development experience in high growth startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages, primarily Python, Elixir, and JavaScript.
- Web development experience with React and GraphQL.
- Strong ownership instincts and ability to operate autonomously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and product instincts.
