Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance, reliable software systems and reusable components.
- Own technical design and implementation while contributing to architectural decisions and evolving existing systems.
- Solve engineering problems involving concurrency, performance, and system reliability.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues to improve system robustness and efficiency.
- Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent computer science fundamentals, particularly in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Be proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Rust, C++, Go, or Java.
- Have hands-on experience designing and building software systems with a strong sense of ownership.
- Understand multithreading, asynchronous I/O, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Have experience developing reliable, production-grade software with strong debugging and testing practices.
- Be comfortable working in Linux environments.
- Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Have excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
