Responsibilities

Architect, design, develop, deploy, and support software systems and products.
Design secure data integrations with internal and vendor systems.
Lead technical architecture and implementation for large-scale, cross-functional development projects.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and development teams on product architecture and technical feasibility.
Mentor developers and establish best practices for architecture, coding patterns, frameworks, testing, and software development.
Provide technical leadership for deployment, configuration, administration, maintenance, and continuous delivery processes.
Support and improve DevOps and continuous integration and continuous delivery automation practices.
Provide second-level and ongoing technical support for existing and new applications.
Prototype and deliver solutions in response to changing business requirements.
Promote customer value, knowledge sharing, troubleshooting, and overall team capability growth.

B.Tech or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
10–14 years of experience in technical leadership and software development.
Expertise in .NET and C# product development, including hands-on coding and code review.
Experience designing and developing transactional and reporting databases on relational and NoSQL platforms.
Experience with software architecture and public cloud architectures.
Required experience with microservice architectures and delivery of software systems with documented value.
Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure, GCP, Microsoft Service Bus, and strong DevOps practices.
Understanding of software patterns, software modeling, secure programming principles, unit testing methodologies, and code standards compliance.
Ability to lead development and implementation with minimal supervision and work across multiple languages and tools.
Strong communication, analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
Willingness to learn the business domain and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
