Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop solution architecture and resolve complex issues across projects through requirements analysis, technical expertise, and project supervision.
- Design system, application, software, and technical architectures for large or complex programs.
- Provide architecture guidance to solution architecture teams and other IT staff.
- Communicate with clients, analyze business requirements and processes, make recommendations, and shape future solution architecture plans.
- Oversee solution architecture project outcomes, including hardware and software design, and ensure project phases meet requirements.
- Define and enforce standards for Salesforce scalability, integration patterns, data strategy, security, DevOps, and release readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development, platform architecture, enterprise architecture frameworks, enterprise integration patterns, data strategies, risk assessments, and technical solution design.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, planning, problem-solving, software product design and architecture, IT standards, and policy knowledge.
- A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Higher-level education such as a master’s degree or PhD and relevant certifications are desirable; no required certification or license is listed.
