Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine NLP and ML algorithms for Dialpad's products.
- Conduct evaluation and monitoring of model performances and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage large textual data sets.
- Build advanced LLM-based features for reasoning and multilingual processing.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deploy models in production.
- Submit research papers to academic conferences and contribute to the scientific community.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 2+ years of NLP industry experience for Master’s degree holders or 1+ years for PhD holders.
- Experience with machine learning, Python, PyTorch, and relevant technologies.
- Broad understanding of current LLM model architectures and optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
